    I love the M1 carbine. I love the quality of the gun, the history and learning everything about it. Finding accessories that were actually used is so important when I shoot and tell the history of the M!.

    I war it was imperative to conceal the flash especially in WW11 pacific.

    Harder to aim.

    It took a lot of work and a lot of imagination, but this little flash hider has potential beyond an M1. After a lot of sanding and welding and modification, I've rigged it up to the barrel of a sporterized Mosin-Nagant to give it a look reminiscent of an old jungle carbine. If you have welding abilities this is a great buy for a cool project.

    Cast reproduction that functions like the original. Blued finish is a little uneven but was planning on adding some black break caliper paint (ceramic finish) and a locking thumb screw so it stays tight with shooting. Just like the original it does look goofy but it works and protects the muzzle. Marked HIDER FLASH, M3 in the casting.
