Great upgrade for the priceReplaced the flash hider on my Universal M1. This is a quality piece, looks just like the original. Ran 500 rounds through it and it holds up fine. Would buy again.

Fits my Inland reproduction perfectlyBought this for my Inland M1 Carbine reproduction that came with a plain crowned muzzle. Wanted the authentic look of a flash hider without spending collector prices for an original USGI part. Threaded right on by hand, snugged up with a wrench and the included crush washer. No gunsmith needed, took maybe 5 minutes. Finish is matte black, matches the barrel pretty well, not too glossy. The birdcage design looks period-appropriate, not tacticool.

Nice repro, save your originalsPicked this up for my Inland M1 Carbine because I didnt want to beat up the original flash hider I got with it. This reproduction is pretty solid for what it is. Slides right on the barrel and tightens down with the set screw, took maybe 30 seconds. The markings look correct and the parkerized finish is close enough to the original that you really cant tell the diffrence at a glance.

I war it was imperative to conceal the flash especially in WW11 pacific.
Harder to aim.
