Description
Features
- Authentic USGI Reproduction — Faithful copy of the original "Check, Recoil, M1" issued on U.S. M1 and M2 Carbines during and after WWII.
- Reduces Muzzle Climb — Twin top-side ports vent gas upward to counter muzzle rise during rapid semi-auto fire and full-auto cycling on registered M2 Carbines.
- Slip-Fit Installation — Slides onto the muzzle and locks in place with no gunsmithing, threading, or permanent modifications required.
- Steel Construction — Machined from solid steel for the same durability and heat tolerance as the original GI part.
- Parkerized Finish — Matte phosphate coating matches the rest of the carbine's furniture and resists corrosion under field use.
- Correct Dimensions — Built to USGI spec so it indexes properly with the front sight and bayonet lug band on standard M1 Carbine barrels.
- M1 and M2 Compatible — Fits standard .30 Carbine muzzle profiles, including original Inland, Winchester, Underwood, and IBM production rifles.
- Restoration-Grade Part — A direct replacement for collectors completing or rebuilding a period-correct carbine.

Works Good on My M1 CarbineTook my carbine out for a quick range session with this brake installed and it cut down on the climb pretty nice. Ran about 150 rounds and it felt more steady than stock. Install was straight forward with no issues. Customer service answered my fit question real quick.
Cuts muzzle rise good
Easy to installAdds a couple inches to length
Report seems louder now -
second one Ive bought works greatNot gonna lie this is my second one because the first did exactly what its supposed to on my shop carbine. Slip fit went right on the barrel no gunsmithing and the twin top ports keep the muzzle flat during rapid strings. Anybody running an M2 on select fire should grab one.
No gunsmithing slip-fit install
None worth mentioning

Reliable clone of the real dealPicked this up for my Inland rebuild and it looks right at home. Fit was pretty good out of the box, just needed a tiny bit of fitting on the bayo lug area. Noticeably tames the muzzle flip compared to the naked barrel. Ran about 200 rounds of .30 carbine through it at the range last weekend and zero shift was basically none.

Fits perfect, reduces recoilThe muzzle brake snapped right on and cut the kick down nice. It feels solid and doesn't wobble at all. Only thing is it's a tad louder, but I think that's worth the trade for the recoil reduction.
Easy install

Great value for the priceGot this muzzle brake last week and it came super fast, like next‑day shipping. It works great, cheap enough for a budget build and feels durable enough for the field. The finish could be smoother, but overall I'm happy with the performance.
