The Magpul PMAG 20rd AK-47 Magazine is a polymer box magazine for 7.62x39mm AK-pattern rifles, built in the MOE line, Magpul's lighter, more affordable range. Twenty rounds makes it shorter than a standard 30-round mag, so it sits lower when you shoot prone or from a bench and is easier to carry. It fits hunters, range shooters, and owners in places that restrict magazine capacity who still want a modern magazine in their AK.

Build and Fit

The magazine is a one-piece molded polymer body with a curved profile that follows the taper of the 7.62x39mm case, which helps rounds stack and feed in a smooth line. It is made for AK-47 and AKM pattern rifles in 7.62x39mm and does not fit AR-15 or other platforms. The MOE and PMAG markings, part details and a date stamp are molded into the sides, so you can identify it at a glance on the bench or in a mag pouch.
