Mechanix Wear Black M-Pact Gloves

Great, tough and well built gloves, which stand up to daily use, are waterproof and provide good insulation, especially when cold, when used in winter conditions. Worth the price, I use these when going into woods, or while firing guns at the range, as I'm not always at the range in cold winter conditions. Good for working with the tools as well. Also if there is dirt, wood shavings, sawdust or even concrete, these wipe clean very easily, and also can withstand most work, even in water and rain conditions.

Love the gloves I use them everyday on my farm work. I’ve gone through 3 pairs now. I’ve torn a seam on one and worn out the fingers on another. I still like the style, quality and most importantly, fit of these gloves. My 3rd purchase

These gloves are comfortable and durable, but that's expected with a Mechanix product. I was very surprised to find the extra padded palm, that's actually sewn in between layers of material. These gloves were definitely a pleasant surprise. The sizing chart is accurate and my hands fit perfectly. I do feel like these are better suited for cold/medium/warm temperatures. They do have impact protection in the palm, and you'll want a bit of space between the glove and your arm, because of that. I would highly recommend a mechanix product.

A bit too expensive but still an excellent buy! These things can take some abuse and are comfortable to wear for extended periods. Not only do they work for work purposes but they're actually quite fashionable as well! Highly recommend

Fit is perfect, like I have my moms old ones only these are black. Can't wear them out enough for sure!

Have no doubt that they look like they're about to fall apart but I got 2 months and they are still going strong. Not a bad product for your price point.

This looks good and they are fairly well built. I do not like the material. This will wear the fabric off your fists if you use these to work. This fabric is a fake leather and it's super tough and stiff, almost like leather hard foam or hard rubber or something. My pinky fingers on both gloves are already blistered and chafed from wearing them to shoot with and only being able to keep my fingers folded. There's no give at all. They're built very well and are extremely tough and resistant, which I like, but these are no use for shooting with and they are too expensive for gloves that will only be used for things other than shooting.

These have saved my hands many times! The fist pads on the outside and palm of the gloves help take some of the shock when doing things like splitting wood or doing physical labor in general. This is my 3rd pair and the fingers start wearing out quick. Not sure if I’m doing something to break them down but so far they are a good buy.

I am the Dirtbike Mechanic for the Dirtbike Team at West Point and they hold up great and I've used them several times to help replace my Husaberg motors, but the hard plastic protection on the top of the glove and on the palm make using a screw driver nearly impossible. I use them on track riding too and they are great for that as well, plus, with the size XL, I'm not cutting off too much circulation to my fingers and hands. The sizing chart that comes with them are a little off, if you measure yourself, then check the size listed and compare, you'll see that you'll need to order the next size up. For Example, If you have a 9 inch index finger, then 9 inches will be the largest glove size that will fit you perfectly. My personal measurement is 9 inches, so for me the LG is too small, but the XL size chart that came with them said that I was a Medium. Anyway, hope this helps some people. I have several friends that I have turned on to these as well and all have had the same success.

The Mechanix wear Mpact Tactical gloves are amazing! Durable. Good to touch and feel things while protecting the hands from injury. The hook on the bottom helps with pulling on gloves. And being camo, makes it perfect to hide them under or on top of tools in vehicles, while still protecting the vehicle finish. Highly recommend them. I also bought some multi-cam mechanical gloves, but they're nothing like these.

Awesome gloves! Used these on deployments overseas in Iraq and Afghanistan for years. Keeps your hands safe and cushions them from any nasty blows or blasts! I've never worn out a pair of Mechanix gloves, but I will admit, after a year or so they will start to fray at the finger tips.

They fit great, very well put together, super dexterity. They fit great for anything tactical and very stylish. I have not had any problems with any pairs I have had and have been wearing them for 3 months

Fits great. Look awesome, can be washed with no problem. And feel great. Love them. Highly recommend.

This may sound funny, I was sent these to review on the Automator, but I use these on the job all the time, for auto work, they are durable, fit great and the finger extensions on the top and palm give a little more coverage and I can fit 10 fingers into the steering wheel with no issues

Good quality, though i thought they would be a little more heavy duty but they still hold up good. The color seems more tan than coyote brown though. But overall they work well and seem like they'll last for some time.

As far as Mechanix Tactical gloves go, this is the ultimate go-to work glove. Perfect balance of dexterity, protectiveness, breathability, and look! I love the grip patch on the palm side, and the trigger finger gusset for finger protection! I own several pairs of these gloves, one set for shooting and another set for woodworking.

Ok, great protection and grip. Would be great if the finger joint was sewn with no stitching. The finger joint should be "glued" to make it look better. It looks like it was done with threads

I use these as an extra layer of winter warmth and touchscreen phone ability. They are comfortable and look pretty good too

The fingers on the gloves are very large and protect the tips very well. They fit very comfortably. Not much of a wrist cuff. I had expected a better one but it is very acceptable. The plastic insert across the top of the palm is quite thick and protects from abrasions well. They are really very nice. The one small disappointment is that there are finger stitches that stick up a bit but I was expecting them and I think I can sew them flat when they bother me. Overall a great buy.

So nice not to have an extra thumb in the way, I love my mechanix gloves. My fingers aren't too long that it affects how I use the gloves but it can be difficult to fit other brands of gloves. I can even still pick up tiny seeds without having to take the gloves off. It doesn't bother me that the writing is on the thumb though. They also make a line of just palm and finger protection if the writing bugs you.

So far I love them they work well with a firearm I will buy again if I have to

I use them for driving as I don't have much contact with anything in the truck but my truck. If I need something a bit warmer they're fine for that too.

Nice feel. I was a little worried about the snug, velcro wrist. The knuckles seem durable. I like them.

Wow, these things are great! Not as tough as the camo versions, but not as bulky either. Fit perfectly and seem to breathe better than the standard gloves, I wear these on a motorcycle and when its over 80 degrees they keep my hands cooler than my dino's!

Very comfortable gloves. They were just a bit to big. Returned them. I am going to try a medium next time. Other than that, they seem like great gloves.

Durable yet fashionable, can't get much better. (Plus I use them at work and they are tough as *nails*). One of my all time favorite products.

I've tried every tactical brand of gloves and have settled on Mechanix Wear M-Pact's as my daily wear and use them when working in the mud and truck dirt on occasion. There are not many,if any that I've tried that can hold up to everyday use. They are not "Tacticool" gloves, they are designed for people that actually work and need something to protect their hands while doing it. Mechanix has perfected a material that can be cut to size, still maintain its strength and durability, and has flexibility in all of the fingers, to protect your hands and allow you to use them while still performing whatever it is you need to. I am about to order my second pair as I gave my first set to my Dad for working on cars and tractors. I would have no problem recommending these gloves to anybody. The best gloves I've owned and I own about 10 different brands.

Well built, excellent feel. Can wear these for any occasion, hunting/fishing/wrenching on cars/tools. Love the feel. A staple in the vehicle for long road trips, easy access. Not much else to say. Well done. (They are cut small though) Will edit review to correct length of fingers. Great gloves
