Swiss Bunker Candles
When the power goes out in a shelter, tent or cabin, a candle is the light source that cannot run flat. These Swiss Army bunker candles were made for that job: compact, unscented wax candles meant for folding lanterns and emergency field lighting. Eight come in each box, so one pack covers a run of long nights for campers, preppers and anyone building a blackout kit.
Features
- Box Of Eight Candles — Eight candles come packed upright in two rows of four inside the original navy blue box.
- 4.75 x 1 Inch Size — Each candle stands 4.75 inches (about 12 cm) tall and measures 1 inch (2.5 cm) in diameter.
- Drip-Less Design — The candles are built to limit melted wax running down the side, which keeps lantern interiors and tabletops cleaner.
- Unscented Wax — With no added fragrance, they can burn in a closed shelter or tent without filling it with perfume.
- Folding Lantern Fit — They are sized for folding candle lanterns, the collapsible field lanterns that enclose a single candle to shield the flame from wind.
- Tapered Wick Tips — Each candle has a tapered top with an exposed white wick, ready to light.
- Lift-Off Lid Box — The cloth-textured paperboard box has a slip-on lid and plain kraft interior, so the candles stay together in a pack, drawer or go-bag.
- Swiss Army Issue — These are authentic Swiss military candles made in Switzerland, catalogued under MPN M4451.
Swiss Army Issue
These candles come from Swiss Army supply and arrive in their original issue box. The name reflects the job they were made for: lighting bunkers, trenches and shelters where there is no power. They are plain, ivory colored and sized for field lanterns, made to a military requirement rather than for decoration. That makes them a practical spare for a lantern or emergency kit, and a genuine piece for collectors of Swiss military gear.

These candles burn forever seriouslyBought these for my emergency kit and decided to test one out first. Burned for hours and literally zero dripping, which is exactly what I needed. The wax is hard and they feel like they could survive being tossed around in a pack no problem. Shipping was super fast too, had them in like 3 days.
Extremely long burn time
Truly driplessWish they came in a larger pack

Perfect Emergency CandlesI added these to my emergency preparedness kit and they're exactly what I needed for a reliable backup light source. The dripless design is fantastic because the last thing you want during a power outage is melted wax dripping all over your table and supplies.
The included storage box keeps all eight candles organized and protected, so they're easy to grab and go when you need them in a hurry.
