Fit And Construction

The Ultimag is built for the AR-15 platform in 5.56x45mm and seats in a standard AR-15 magazine well like any other mag for the rifle. The body is a single polymer shell with molded grip and orientation features rather than added parts. The base pad is wider than the body, which gives the magazine its stepped profile at the bottom.
