One in Range Bag, One in the Buttstock!My whole preparedness philosophy is redundancy and this kit fits right into that plan. I've got three ARs in the rotation and I ordered two of these one lives in my main bug-out bag and one I confirmed actually fits inside the A2 buttstock on my rifle (it does, just barely, which is pretty cool). The whole kit weighs almost nothing and covers every base: bore brush, chamber brush, slotted loop for patches, dual-ended nylon brush for the bolt carrier and receiver, a little oil bottle, and a cloth for a wipe down. The ALICE clip on the OD pouch means i can throw it on my web gear or MOLLE belt rig without any adapter needed. I compared this against buying the individual pieces separately Real Avid makes some nice individual tools but building a piecemeal kit costs you two or three times as much and you don't get the tidy OD pouch. For under twenty bucks you really can't build this yourself cheaper. The only thing I'd say is toss in a small bottle of your preferred CLP separate because the included oil bottle is tiny, fine for field topping-off but not a serious cleaning session lubricant supply. Overall this is just a sensible, lightweight, grab-and-go solution and I'll be buying more.

Perfect Little Field Kit For The Range BagI wanted a compact cleaning kit that I could keep in my range bag for quick cleanings between sessions and this UTG kit is exactly that. Everything you need for basic bore and chamber maintenance is included and it all fits neatly into the little nylon pouch. The phosphor bronze bore brush does a great job scrubbing fouling out of the barrel and the chamber brush is sized perfectly for the AR-15 chamber which is something a lot of generic cleaning kits get wrong. The cleaning rods thread together solidly and the folding T-handle gives you enough leverage to push patches through without feeling like you are going to snap anything. For a kit that weighs six ounces and costs this little you really cannot ask for more.

GreatI wasn't expecting much for the price, but, wow!! Really nice pouch that holds all you need for thoroughly cleaning my AR. Good quality product. I would definitely recommend this cleaning kit.
