How to Measure: Measure from armpit to armpit to find the chest width. For the sleeve length, measure from the end of the collar to the end of the cuff. The back length can be found by measuring from the high point of the shoulder to the bottom edge of the jacket.

It’s a nice heavy material and it seems to be well made. I have a long torso and normally XL doesn’t fit me but the sleeves were short. The XXL fits well. I don’t know if it’s an off size or not but it’s an awesome jacket otherwise.

M65 in XL Fit as Should! Great Jacket

It is just as described, this coat has great size pockets, and will fit well in cooler/ cold spring weather and can be layered as need to get into the 40s or low 50s and still remain comfortable. Very pleased. Also would recommend going to propper and looking at a Slim fitting jacket as this jacket in slim is awesome, looks like and military grade garment, that would be my next order. Jacket would be a 250-275lb guy 5'11- 6'1 max 190 and looks great, fits well with a T shirt under, you will not need anything heavier than that for spring or fall. For winter layer with undergarment such as fleece or thermal. Not a "winter" coat by any means and that said it is an excellent "early season coat" if you will...will also be wearing the Slim TOP on this website in tan with this jacket...coat it will layer very well... Great for you buddy.

Great overall quality. A bit thicker and bulkier than what I expected. Feels a little odd and off, more than I expected but it’s still great. If it’s an option I’d probably go with an Alpha or Crye or Alteliz model next time, they seem to offer a slimmer look. If you’re in the same predicament as me, consider buying your trousers and shirt separately, and make it match as much as you can.

Warm, fits a little small, bought the 3xl so the body and sleeves fit, bought the xxl on the liner because I was worried about it being too short, its about the right length. very happy. Im 6'3 240lbs and the medium should fit most guys my size. Its a little short for my taste, almost mid thigh but not quite. The buttons will come loose eventually, dont worry about that. Just make sure you go through the shoulder areas with your iron after a few wears, those little holes will form in that shoulder area. Great quality.

It was the warmest coat ever. Very warm and thick! However, the size runs very small. I am usually an XL in a coat, but the XL was so tight that it was impossible to button. If I had ordered the L it would have been tight as well. So I ended up giving it to my brother, and he loves it. He is an XL in shirts, and it fits him just fine. It's nice that you can cinch the sleeves, so he is not having any issues. But, it still would have been a tight fit if I had not given it to him. So be aware that the sizing runs very small.

Like it so much better than the previous ones the Air Force issued to us in the eighties. The inside pockets were much bigger and deeper and better made. The removable liner was more substantial. If it were cooler out right now I'd be in this instead of my rain gear! The waist can be let out a bit and the adjustable shoulder and wrist tabs are handy for keeping it snug.

Heavy duty material, double stitched. I was looking for a well made military type jacket that I could customize for outdoor photo shoots. This fits the bill. It was just a bit larger than I had hoped. That is no one's fault, just a personal taste. If you are 5'8 or taller and slim to moderately athletic, this will probably be too big. The liner fits a bit better. It has buttons instead of snaps, so it can be worn as a separate item if desired. My biggest gripe was the Velcro wrist tabs. They were a poor choice for someone with some girth around the arm. I removed them and replaced them with some heavy duty elastic bands, which worked out much better.
