Flawless Budget MagI own a handful of M14 magazines from different makers and honestly this 10-rounder holds its own no problem. I was a little skeptical at first given the price but quality is way better than I expected, the construction feels rock solid and ive had zero feeding issues running 7.62x51 through it. One small thing is if you load it to a full 10 and try to seat it on a closed bolt you might have to give it a FIRM whack to get it to click in, just drop one round and it goes in easy though.
Good buy, already ordered a couple more.

Rocks!!Dropped right in, front catch seats where its supposed to and the rear latch snaps in clean. Follower moves smooth all the way up and its fed everything I put through it no problem. Steel feels real solid not that flimsy stuff. Price was way better than I figured for a mag this good.
Cant complain at all.

What I needed for my featureless M1ALiving in the People's Republic of California means 10 rounds is all we get so i might as well get a mag that was designed for it instead of a blocked 20-rounder that rattles around. This United Defense 10-rounder fits the bill perfectly. Dropped it into my M1A Scout Squad (featureless stock, kydine grip wrap, the whole sad setup) and it locked right up. I've put maybe 150 rounds of PMC Bronze 145gr through it and Winchester white box too, zero malfunctions. The lower capacity actually makes prone shooting alot more comfortable since the mag isn't digging into the dirt. My buddy has the Check-Mate 10-rounders and honestly side by side i can't tell a meaningful difference in function, his might have a slightly nicer finish but mine cost less and works the same. If you're stuck in a ban state and need a compliant 10-rounder for your M1A this is a no-brainer.

First M1A magazine - works great!So I just got my first M1A Standard a month ago (yes I'm one of those guys who finally caved after watching too many youtube videos lol) and I needed a couple extra mags. Didnt want to spend a ton since Im still learning the platform. Found these United Defense mags and figured why not. Shipping was fast, they showed up in good shape. Took them to an indoor range last weekend and ran PMC Bronze and some Blazer Brass through them. No jams, no weird feeding issues, they just worked. Loading to 10 is a bit stiff on the thumbs but I think thats normal? My buddy who has had an M1A forever says all 10-rounders are like that. The finish looks nice and matches my rifle. I'm happy with the purchase and will probably grab a couple more once I get more comfortable with the platform.
