This United Defense trigger and sear assembly is a replacement fire-control part for M14 and Springfield M1A rifles. It suits owners replacing a worn or damaged trigger, builders completing a trigger group, and anyone restoring a rifle to service pattern. It carries the M14 part number 7267090 and follows the USGI design, meaning the layout used on government-issue rifles.

Fit and Construction
The assembly installs in the rifle's trigger housing alongside the hammer, springs and safety, which are not included. Because the sear arrives pinned in place, you fit one assembled part rather than a loose trigger and sear. Fire-control parts set how the rifle releases each shot, so have a qualified gunsmith check engagement and function after installation.
