For the asking price this pepper spray is a real winner. The delivery is theatrical in that you can see the plume of fire when you activate the nozzle. The plume was visible for about 8 seconds as far as I could tell, giving you enough of a head start to reach your refuge position, far away from the suspect. I'm looking forward to testing it in real life.

Great product, especially in its holster that is included. Very powerful pepper gel, and this gives you a longer range for when someone is a long distance away. A little bulky in size, but for your safety it is a great item to carry.

A single bottle of OC spray, while a necessary evil, may not be enough to deter an attacker or prevent an assault. I’ve heard of people spraying it in their own eyes by accident, as the range is about 15 feet, give or take a few feet. That said, if you can protect your eyes, the 1.4% OC content should stop the heart of even the toughest criminal, or dog. This particular canister is a 4.25 ounce gel canister, but is advertised as being able to “cover” a space of 10 feet by 10 feet. As I’ve stated before, 1.4% is considered a high strength. I’ve heard 0.5% and 2.5% concentration are used by civilians, but these would not be considered a strong form of OC gel. My experience with this type of spray is 1.4% to 1.7%. As far as long-term storage, it’s been my experience that pepper spray (whether a gel or foam type) can retain some of its potency for about 3 years before losing effectiveness. This spray unit is easy to use and carry. The product came in a pouch and you can easily store in it in any of the compartments of a purse or pocket. I highly recommend to women and men alike to carry for personal safety.

Easy use, protection to hand and distance for safety and good color for others to see. Hopefully they will back off. Good value and can be kept in your purse and safe in small pocket in your pack in an emergency. Better safe then sorry when a stalker follows you or even an attacker. Just remember to keep some of your sense in check as if in someone's eye or near mouth it can have side effects as blindness or not able to talk. MUST wear rubber band and remove safety shield before use as instructed. Good product and in a container. Protect and defend!

My dog really enjoys walking on our private property which is in woods and along country road. Unfortunately the other neighbors drive really fast down our country roads so I needed something for the protection of my dog and I while walking the dog. The pepper gel does a good job and will not affect the wind shield of a car so I feel safer while taking the dog out. I did order another pepper gel so I have two cans to cover my need. The small pocket can of pepper gel I also keep with me for other safety needs. It's a small cost compared to getting hit by a car while walking my dog in the woods. The high lighted markers in the pepper gel help to see if it's being aimed at you in a fog.
