Was amazed at how easy the magnesium shavings caught fire when i struck the flint. use some dry grass or wood shavings and slowly add twigs and wood chunks to quickly build a life saving camp fire.

Non smoker so I never carry a lighter and I gave up on Boy Scout friction fire starting. You can't have too many of these. Worth every penny ...even keep one on your car key ring
