This is Ruger's own 10-round magazine for the LCP Max, the compact .380 pistol many people carry concealed every day. A carry gun depends on its magazine, so a factory spare is the simplest way to add a reload or replace a worn mag without guessing about fit. It holds 10 rounds of .380 Auto, also sold as .380 ACP, and goes into the LCP Max exactly like the magazine that came with the pistol.

• 10-Round Capacity — Holds ten cartridges, the same standard count the LCP Max ships with.
• Chambered For .380 Auto — Marked .380 AUTO on the body and built only for that cartridge, which is also labeled .380 ACP on ammunition boxes.
• Ruger Factory Part — Made by the pistol's manufacturer and stamped with the Ruger logo, so feed geometry and fit match the gun.
• Black Steel Body — The magazine tube is formed from black-finished steel with a raised stiffening rib down each side.
• Witness Holes At 5 And 10 — Numbered holes in the side of the body show at a glance whether the magazine holds five rounds or is fully loaded.
• Two Floorplates Included — Ships with a flush floorplate for the shortest grip and an extended floorplate that gives your little finger somewhere to rest.
• Textured Floorplate Edges — Stippled panels on the base plate help you strip the magazine out of the pistol or seat it firmly.
• Follower Lock Slot — A cutout in the body lets the slide stop engage after the last shot so the slide locks open when the magazine is empty.

Fit And Compatibility

This magazine is made for the Ruger LCP Max. Do not use it in the original LCP or the LCP II, which take different magazines. With the flush floorplate the grip stays as short as possible for pocket or waistband carry. The extended floorplate adds a little length and gives a fuller hold at the range.
