This is Ruger's own 5-round magazine for the Mini-14 rifle, made by the company that builds the gun. It holds .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO cartridges in a short, compact body, which suits hunting, bench shooting and places where magazine capacity is restricted. Mini-14 owners often keep a few spares, and a factory magazine is the safest choice when you want it to fit and feed the way the rifle was designed to.

Fit And Construction

The magazine is built for Ruger Mini-14 rifles and uses the Mini-14's own magazine pattern, so it is not interchangeable with AR-15 magazines. The body is blued steel with stamped reinforcing ribs along the sides, and it pairs with a polymer follower and floor plate. Small holes in the side walls let you see the loaded rounds.
