The Smith and Wesson M&P22 Thread Adapter is the perfect accessory for your M&P22 pistol. By replacing the factory barrel nut with this thread adapter, you will be able to utilize any 1/2x28tpi accessory with your M&P22. This includes virtually all sound suppressors, fake suppressors, and many other fun accessories.
