Carbon Scraper for AR-10s

The Otis 7.62 BONE Tool scrapes baked-on carbon from the bolt carrier group of .308/7.62mm AR-style rifles. The bolt carrier group, or BCG, is the assembly that moves back and forth to feed, fire and extract each round. Fouling builds up on its tightest surfaces, and a brush and solvent rarely shift it on their own. This 3-in-1 tool gives AR-10 pattern owners a dedicated scraper for each of those spots, sized to fit in a cleaning kit or range bag.

Fit and Construction

This is the 7.62 version, built for .308/7.62mm AR-style rifles. Owners of 5.56mm AR-15 rifles need the separate 5.56 BONE Tool. The body is a single black-finished metal piece with the scraping profiles cut directly into it, so there are no parts to assemble or lose. It works alongside solvent and patches, removing the hard carbon first so the rest of the cleaning goes quicker.
