Carinthia QualityGenuine Belgian Army issue with the Carinthia branding you can tell by the quality ripstop nylon and the stitching. At 87 inches long and 27.5 wide at the head, it fits my 6'2 frame comfortably. I've compared this side-by-side with a Sea to Summit Reactor Extreme and honestly the Carinthia fabric feels more durable. The OD green is proper military shade, not that washed-out commercial stuff. Used it as a standalone bag during a trip to Appalachia and it breathed really well. If you're building a modular sleep system like the Defence 4 setup, this is the correct liner to get.
