    Was in Basic Training, Air Force (2nd class airman)... Remember the Morale Police back then? When we needed morale and laughs, that's when they would arrive. When we got lost going cross country on the back roads from one base to another... yeah, it was those "morale police" who pointed out our location to the folks that lived out in those hills... anyway. When I seen this for the Police Dept in Fresno (our state capitol) I knew I wanted it. And I'm so glad I did! My buddies all enjoy the laughs we get from folks when we go to training...
