Description
Features
- Genuine Czech Military Issue — Authentic surplus liner originally issued to Czech Army soldiers as the cold-weather component of the M85 uniform system.
- Quilted Polyester Construction — 100% polyester shell with 100% polyester batting traps body heat without the bulk or moisture retention of cotton.
- Button-In Compatibility — Waistband buttons line up with the Czech M85 field trouser, but the liner works equally well as a standalone base layer.
- Drawstring Waist — Internal drawstring lets you cinch the waist for a tailored fit under outer trousers or over a base layer.
- Elasticated Ankle Cuffs — Knit cuffs seal in body heat at the ankles and keep the liner from riding up inside your pants or boots.
- OD Green Colorway — Olive drab military finish blends under any field trouser and stays out of the way as a true under-layer.
- Low-Bulk Insulation — Slim quilted profile fits cleanly beneath BDUs, combat trousers, hunting pants, and work pants.
- Multi-Season Versatility — Wear under field pants for sub-freezing patrols, ice fishing, deer stands, snow shoveling, or daily winter commutes.

Such a good deal I bought 3 more pairsI already left a review. Nothing to add except that they are working out better than I expected. Cheap, warm, and very comfortable. Remember to buy the inexpensive Czech suspenders. They work well with these.

Good Value, A Bit Quirky as PantsFirst, the 4 or 5 reviews directly preceding me seem to refer to something else. These do not have pockets or a zipper. They have buttons on the sides and back and a drawstring tie and one bottom in the front. The button and tie are sufficient to pull the front closed if using as pants (e.g. sweats or pajamas, but ideally one will need to add a button to the very top, or a snap or velcro. The construction is vry good. Solid but soft, good quilting and not too much to make them awkward, but definitely enough to make them warm. They are comfortable with very solid elastic cuffs at the bottom. I have been experimenting with similar products from this retailer to use as warm pants for working around and inside the house. I heat with wood and it gets chilly, so I am always interested in clothing I can do light work or lounge around in. These do fit the bill though I will likely add a top front fastener. Almost forgot, the inexpensive Czech suspender straps they sell here work well to hold them up. It's not a perfect fit but good enough. I am 5'9" and 170 (have shrunk over the years) and bought the XL since I am sure the small wouldnlt work, and they are out of the other options. I have a 36 waist. The XLs fit but are a bit long. This doesn;'t mater or impede their function at all. I wouldn't be araid to wear them at a hunting cabin, though would probably catch some flak do to the semi open front - until I put some velcro in. The German wet weather pant liner might be a good alternative as a stand alone, but again, am perfectly happy with these and it's not like I can't improve them or use them as is. Am waring them now, as I write.
Cheap, good construction, comfortable, practical, and warm. Please note I gave them a 4 rating due to slight subotpimality as stand alone garment. That might be unfair because ithey'd rate a 5 if I had something to connect them to in terms as an outer shelll - which is what they are designed for.
Not designed as a stand alone garment so need suspenders and a minor fix to close up the front well.
