Construction And Care

TekMat builds the mat in layers: a thermoplastic fiber top attached to the rubber base with a direct vulcanized bond, so the two layers do not separate. The base is 1/8 inch thick, enough to pad a hard bench without the mat feeling bulky. The design is printed in white on black for clear contrast under a work lamp.
