Simple compact hatchet, fragile holdster

<span>This is a good compact hatchet. I use it for hiking. The holdster did not complete the first activity. Due to the way it is put together, the blade simply cuts trough the seam. The holdster is not made to last. I had the sew it back together. It should be good now. Buy knowing this.</span>

<span>I put this in the RV and it has come in handy quite a few times. It’s not super high quality but it is good enough. I don’t plan on chopping down an entire forest with it, but it does a great when I need kindling for a fire.</span>

<span>Awesome small ax. Handle is great. Weight is heavy and chopped my real yard 1/4"- 3/8" thick branches from weed that was growing into a tree. All the branches took one chop. I couldn't believe how well it chopped it down. I was done in 15 min. I normally use an electrical cutter. This was so much easier. I have no doubt this will work on light branches in the field. If anything, it works great for landscape maintenance and that along makes this tool worthy of purchase! Very sharp from manufacturer but I sharpened it even more after I wasfi iahed. Can't wait to see what else it does!!</span>

<span>Decent little axe for making kindling on wilderness paddling trips. Edge was OK when it arrived, but I used a grinder to improve it and now I could shave with this thing. It's so sharp it cut through the nylon case (which is pretty cheaply made). Cheap to buy, nice and portable, does the job.</span>
