Not really an Amazon product, more of a military product for sale on Amazon. This knife, like most Ka-Bars is one sturdy tool! The handle fit was nice and snug, the sheath is well made, solid, fits my arm perfectly. Very solid feel. Sheath looks very rugged, even had 002 stamped on sheath, this model of K-Bar. Overall very satisfied, a good addition to my arsenal.

One can go all out here and shell out the big bucks on various grip modifications, sharpening etc. But it's a beautifully made knife right out of the box and a staple in US military equipment, as it has been since it was issued during World War II. A good solid all around utility/fighting knife. The one in my military kit is about as beaten up as they come but I don't want to get rid of it. It's too good. And now with their new UL Military Specification 87-14 US Standard blade and handle and US flag design it's just as good, right out of the box, with no further investment needed. I will buy another. A must have item in any outdoorsman's gear and a handy tool in any fight.

Bought this knife to go in my camping gear and just because it is so awesome looking and made by Ka-Bar. I’m really happy with this purchase and the speed of delivery. I would buy from them again. This is my second knife from Ka-Bar, the serrated version will arrive tomorrow! Also a friend I showed this too immediately purchased one as well!

Awesome all American knife! The one thing is when I first saw the sharpening Stone on the handle that made me hesitate on purchasing the item because I thought the plastic cover may break off. But other than that, its an amazing piece to own and shows you're wearing an original from a different era and is truly made in the U.S.A. Great item, great value, thank you so much!!!!! A real gem!
