KA-BAR TDI Law Enforcement Fixed Blade Knife
The KA-BAR TDI Law Enforcement Knife is a compact fixed blade designed with the Tactical Defense Institute as a last-option backup for officers in close-quarters encounters where the sidearm is inaccessible or being grabbed. It runs a 2 5/16-inch AUS-8A drop point blade with a black powder coat, a contoured Zytel handle, and a rigid GFN belt sheath that draws like a pistol from a holster. The reversible sheath mounts on either side of the belt for strong-side, weak-side, or cross-draw carry. At just 5 5/8 inches overall and 0.18 lb, it conceals cleanly on a duty rig. Its a sturdy designYou would have to really try to break this thing, its pretty sturdy. Its a nice, quality smaller knife.

This is a good knifeI carried this for a couple weeks before doing a review of the knife. I'm very satisfied with the purchase. The knife is sturdy, deploys easy and feels comfortable in my hand. If you are like me and carry a few extra pounds, you will need to take care when returning the knife to its sheath, as you can wind up poking yourself. A lot of reviews discuss the sheath as sub-standard, but I have no issues with it at all. It works for me. The clip is strong. Given the cost of this on compared to a lot of the other similar products, this Ka-bar is a good quality, good value product.

Sturdy knife thats compact and easy to carryThis knife is compact, yet the design of the grip makes it easy to keep a firm grip on the knife. I find the included holster perfectly adequate. I do not wear the knife with a 1.5" belt, so I have a little room to rotate the handle to not print as much or not at all.
It's perfect. Stays sharp, doesn't bend, handle fits in palm nicely, fits and stays in sheath well. Easy to draw and store in sheath.
