ProMag magazines are manufactured entirely in-house at their Phoenix facility using vertically integrated processes including injection molding, metal stamping, TIG welding, and precision assembly. Polymer magazines are injection molded from a proprietary DuPont Zytel-based compound reinforced with carbon fiber and glass fiber for mil-spec durability, while steel magazines are formed from high-carbon, heat-treated steel and TIG welded for structural integrity. Every ProMag magazine uses precision-wound chrome silicon wire springs — a premium material chosen for its fatigue resistance and ability to maintain reliable tension even after years of loaded storage.
